Q: What industry do you provide services for?
A: The professional services industry, mostly business consultants, designers, and architects. We don't offer services for retail or e-tail.
Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: Each service starts with a monthly bookkeeping package and usually one or more meeting hours. Depending on your needs we also offer additional advisory services to make sure that you're using the best apps and have your company integrated from end to end. Let us know what you need!
Q: How do your clients stay in touch with you?
A: We set every client up on their own Basecamp 3 account. It has tasks, messages, and even a chat capability.
Q: Do I get a person in-house?
A: No, we are completely virtual, in the cloud!
Q: Do I get meetings?
A: Most service offerings include one or more hours per month of meeting times. These are done via Zoom - a very easy-to-use online conferencing app. *Note the hours are not accumulative.

A: We specialize in the integration of specific apps for the industry we support. We have great relationships with the app companies as well as are certified in those apps and their integration with Xero. We've handpicked the best of breed apps to support your company fully.
Q: What app do you use for project management?
A: We set up and integrate WorkflowMax with Xero. It's voted #3 on getapp.com as well as seamlessly flows information to and from Xero.
Q: Does it matter where my company is located?
A: We are based out of San Francisco and attract a lot of Bay Area clients but we support all of North America currently (yes, including Canada!) We have clients all over the US and a couple in Canada.
Q: Who pays for Xero?
A: Our firm pays for it on your behalf, but you always own your books. If needed, the subscription can easily be transferred back to you when off-boarded.
