Financial Planning and Analysis
The CFO advisory services assist you in standard compliance & business strategic planning. This is done between our meetings and work dropped into Basecamp.
This most impactful and significant part of this are:
Analyze and advise proper API apps
Basic training on financial reports and how to use them to help the business
But also included:
Meetings (Zoom): two hours per month (30 min or 60 min), weekly or biweekly
Legal entity analysis and filing if needd (filing fee paid by client or can be done directly)
Oversee & review your accounting systems during project to ensure proper bookkeeping and reporting
Monitor the financial health and well-being of the business
Guidance in strategic planning relating to growth and expansion
